It was Zeke's birthday today, so he got to ride by himself.

Heather took Jazz out for a short ride today













It was just into the "new" pasture.














She saddled Phoenix for me and I went with her.

This is starting to be fun.

Heather and Bahloo

Well, I think Heather might like horses. She took a weeks' vacation and went with me to Kentucky.











She rode Bahloo bareback and with a saddle.















She even took her into the field next door for a bit. There was a lot more room over there. I rode her some, but also was busy job hunting.

This shot is in Hazelton, PA. If you look closely, you can see the wind turbines in the background. There are about 30 of them along the ridge.

This is what it looked like when I headed back home.

It was shorts and bare feet weather when I got there. Lisa was brushing out Paris.

Jessica was out doing laundry when I stopped to see her.

Back at home

I had to do some maintenance to the car this morning. It needed an oil change before I left KY, but had to wait until I got home. I did Heather's truck for her since it was due, too. She usually does it herself, but she had to get some sleep before work tonight. It went above freezing for a little while, so it wasn't too bad working under the car.
