Subaru leaves

 Our Subaru is leaving us. The transaxle was letting go and the repair was too much. The guy that bought it came from Indiana to get the car. He works on Subarus as a hobby, then resells them.

He told me that the transaxle usually runs 150K -200K before they let go, and ours had about 170K on it. He will pull the engine out and replace all the seals when he's fixing the transaxle, too. Then it will go another 200K. Who knows, maybe we will see the car on the road somewhere.

Car retrieval and hay run

 First thing was to get a car dolly and get the car. It had broken in Morehead and Lynne had to leave it there. Lisa and I loaded it up this morning and brought it back home. I'll look at it when I get a chance.

 Then Heather and I made a hay run. She moved the mares across the street so they wouldn't "help" us. We unloaded her truck first.

 While we were unloading her truck, mine was in our driveway. There isn't much room on the road. Afterward, we switched them.

Lynne took care of Phoenix while we were stacking the hay. Actually, she just watched him eat. That is all he was interested in doing.
