Camper is ready to go

The outside drain for the water heater is in the bottom of this panel. It's actually the annode rod for the water heater.

Since it was fairly corroded and I had to take it out anyway, I got a new one to replace it with when I put it back together. I did all the tires and hub greasings yesterday. We're ready to load for this weekend's trip to Red River Gorge.

Garden and yard work

Yesterday's dirt run to a farm in Salt Lick almost filled the raised bed. I got a couple more buckets of Jim's magic dirt to finish topping it off.

I picked up some onion sets this morning and got them all planted.

All smoothed out and I watered them as well. We're supposed to get some storms tonight, but I always water them as soon as they are planted to be sure. Weather predictions aren't always right.

Heather dumped the last of the rabbit trays on the old water trough site. I took another bucket of gravel off it yesterday.

With everything smoothed out, some top soil and grass seed added, it should look like yard very soon.

Spring seems to be here

After snow a couple weeks ago, spring seems to stopped by for a visit. I hope it stays around for a while.
