This is the well. I was expecting a drilled type, so it was a bit of a surprise to find a dug well. I guess we'll put up a little house for it, maybe with the bucket and crank. Norman Rockwell would be proud.
Heather is coming out the back door of the barn. It measures 24 feet square, which is slightly larger than I guessed it was.
Looking down to the creek on the back corner. This is where we don't want the horses to wander.
